Muhedin Nushi was born on 29 August 1959. He has completed his studies at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. Mr.Nushi is well acquainted with the processes, procedures and operations of the banking industry, information technology, business analysis, statistical processing, data management and processes, as well as project management, starting from the design idea, development, implementation, up to monitoring and evaluation.
Mr. Nushi has worked at the Institute for Scientific Research and Development (INKOS) in Obiliq from 1985 to 1990. From 1992 to 2000 he was employed at the Economic Bank, based in Gjakova, and then in Pristina also. From 2000 to 2006 he has been involved in various projects with foreign institutions – with the World Bank in the project implemented by FAO (Food and Agriculture Organizations of the United Nations), EU projects in the Ministry Agriculture and Statistical Office of Kosovo as well as in several projects at UNDP, HELVETAS, USAID etc. From 2006 to 2013 he led the Department of Information Technology at the Economic Bank.
